American Heart Association "Rhythym Rescue and Heart Ball"
With less than 1% of New Yorkers trained in Hands Only CPR, we created Rhythm Rescue, an interactive game that taught the correct CPR rhythm through play. It debuted at the American Heart Association’s Heart Ball, where the experience extended across the event through environmental design and supporting materials.

The idea then grew into Keep the Beat, a massive Times Square experience combining the game with live CPR training throughout the day. The activation ultimately earned the American Heart Association a Guinness World Record for the most people continuously trained in CPR in a single day.

"Keep the Beat"
After the initial success of Rhythm Rescue, we took Hands Only CPR education beyond digital and into Times Square. The result was a Guinness World Record, with more than 700 people receiving CPR training in under 12 hours during our relay. Even the infamous NYC Naked Cowboy stopped by to get his CPR training in. A section of the American Eagle billboard featured a live feed of the event throughout the day.
